As we continue through 2021, we wanted to repurpose another one of our favorite meals from 2020! If you’re looking for something simple, quick and full of flavor, this meal is it. Laura’s Skillet Garlic Butter Steak with veggies (with your favorite steak sauce) is the right choice!

Each steak contains 36 grams of protein and only 2 carbs, filling up the entire family in a healthy way that’s still full of flavor. For the vegetables, Laura uses mushrooms and asparagus, but you can use any veggies of your choice! We recommend sautéed green beans or oven-roasted snap peas for an extra crunch!

This meal can be cooked on the skillet in under 15 minutes, saving you time without sacrificing flavor.
