AdapTable of the Month: Whiskey Black Pepper Roast
Another winter month, another roast! February’s AdapTable of the Month is our Whiskey Black Pepper Pork Roast! This pork roast is seasoned with all-natural ingredients including chili pepper, cumin, oregano and more for a mouthful of flavor in every bite! This cooker-ready roast can be unpacked and placed directly in the slow cooker while you run errands or pick the kids up from school.
The best thing about our roasts? They’re perfect for leftovers the next day! If you want Whiskey Black Pepper Pork Roast meal ideas, check out our meal ideas page where you can find Laura’s Shredded Pork Loaded Fries. She placed the roast in her slow cooker, covered it and set it on high for four hours. After the recommended cooking time, the pork roast should be tender and ready to shred into bite-sized pieces with forks for everyone to put on their air fryer potato wedges.
If you don’t have a slow cooker, no need to worry! Our roasts can also be cooked in an oven! Cooking time varies depending on if you slice or shred your roast, but you can plan to enjoy it in 3-4 hours after it’s placed in the oven. However you plan on cooking your roast, make sure to let it sit for 5 minutes before serving!
AdapTable Meals Cooker Ready Pork Roasts have zero artificial ingredients and contain 22 grams of protein per 4 ounces. You can guarantee the family will be full after dinner! Our roasts are also a great source of iron, calcium and vitamin A!
