Tis the season for spending time with family and making new memories around the dinner table! December is all about being with the ones you hold dear to your heart, but how can you do that and make delicious meals for everyone to enjoy? Our AdapTable of the Month, Boneless Pork Bellies, are pre-seasoned and available in Smokey Applewood and Brown Sugar. Our holiday pork bellies are back and ready to give you the best of both worlds. Serve an impressive pork belly dinner this holiday season and still have time for your family and friends. Our Brown Sugar and Smokey Applewood Pork Bellies come together easily, giving you more time for whats important.

Our pre-seasoned pork bellies are carefully marinated, which makes the holidays a less stressful event for those in the kitchen. Each pork belly takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes to roast at 300°F, giving you the ability to throw it in the oven and spend time with those who matter most. Our pork bellies deliver the ultimate combination of rich, meltingly tender meat and crisp, crackled skin. This cut is a great source of protein, healthy fat, and vitamins and minerals.

With garlic, onion, and Worcestershire sauce as the main ingredients of our Smokey Applewood Pork Bellies, this delicious cut of pork can be served with baked sweet potatoes, brown sugar beans, or roasted Brussels sprouts. Our Smokey Applewood Pork Bellies’ flavor resembles a crisp evening by the fire, with hints of smokiness in every bite. Brown sugar, onion, and black pepper are the main ingredients of the Brown Sugar Pork Belly, and are perfectly balanced to give you the taste of a cozy winter evening. We think this cut pairs perfectly with anything cranberry, and nothing screams holiday season more than cranberry!

Pork belly is the cut of pork that remains after the loin and spareribs are removed from the belly. Pork belly is at its best and most tender when prepared using a slow cooking method, such as roasting. When roasting pork belly, its best to roast in a baking dish for one hour, increase the heat and cook for an additional 15 minutes, and finally, broil for 5 minutes. The recommended internal temperature for pork belly is 200°F! One of our favorite pork belly recipes is Lauras Pork Belly Pommes Anna – click here for the full recipe!
