  1. Photo of Cooker Ready Smokey Mesquite Boneless Pork Roast PackagePick up AdapTable Meals Smokey Mesquite Pork at the grocery store for the perfect smokey, savory flavor on your nachos. We have a helpful store locator on our website where you can find your closest grocery store selling our pre-marinated AdapTable Meals products.
  2. Once you’ve picked up your AdapTable Meals Smokey Mesquite Pork, it’s time to cook it. Pork can be cooked the day before if you want to get a head start or in the morning on game day. There are two ways you can cook our pork to get equally shreddable meat that’s not dry.The first option is to cook for 4 hours on high in the slow cooker. The second, is to bake it in the oven for 4 hours at 350 degrees. Both will give your pork that is easily shreddable, which is exactly what you want for topping your nachos.
  3. If the Smokey Mesquite Pork is the star player, the added toppings are the teammates that help to set up the star to do what they do best. No championship team is complete without them. Here’s our lineup of toppings for your nachos with that complement our smokey, savory pork and help make for a well-rounded nacho platter.
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Diced fresh tomatoes
    • Diced red pepper and onion
    • Black beans
    • Pickled jalapeños
    On the side:
    • Sour cream

  4. There is no place for soggy nachos at our football get-togethers. To avoid this debacle, make sure to use a thicker, sturdier chip. Also, make sure to leave off your fresh ingredients until just before serving – do not put them on the nachos in the oven. Serve both the sour cream and the guacamole on the side!
  5. To make sure your nachos are evenly covered, spread out your chips on the pan so you can add the cheese and meat on every chip. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
