Chophouse Blend Pork Ribeye Chops with Seasoned Brussels Sprouts
The AdapTable Meals Chophouse Blend Pork Ribeye Chops are seasoned beautifully and add a vibrant flavor to whichever side dish you pair them with. They are the perfect protein to feed the whole family in under 30 minutes. For this recipe, Lindsey from @lindseyeatsla decided to use Brussel sprouts drizzled with balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil for extra flavor! The chops by far stole the show – all she did was place them on the grill and barbecued until crispy. To whip up this meal for your own family, see below how Lindsey created the plate:
1 package of AdapTable Pork Ribeye Chops
1-pound Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Begin by cleaning and slicing your sprouts in half. Blanch in water for 6 minutes - do not cook all the way but just about half. Place in an ice bath, shake off excess and toss with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place on the grill, either in cast iron or on the grill and BBQ until crispy and soft throughout, about 20-25 minutes (or until your desired cook). Aside of that, place your pork ribeye chops and cook according to the package instructions.
Remove your sprouts and toss with the remaining balsamic vinegar. Remove your pork, rest and slice. Serve together!
