AdapTable of the Month: Carnitas Pork Roast

New year, new ideas! This year, we will share an AdapTable of the Month for you to try. This month we are focusing on all things carnitas. Did you know ‘carnitas’ literally means “little meats”? Good thing our Carnitas Pork Roast is anything but little in size and flavor!

Carnitas, cut from the Boston butt or picnic ham of pork, make a delicious, filling and flavorful meal. Carnitas are traditionally used in authentic Mexican dishes such as tacos, tortas and burritos. On our website, we feature Carnitas Tacos by Daniel and Charbel of @mylatinatable for you to make at home! Carnitas tacos are usually served with cilantro, salsa and refried beans but feel free to add any spin you like! We recommend healthy fats such as avocados to complete the meal.

But if you aren’t craving Mexican food tonight, don’t worry! Our AdapTable Meals Carnitas Pork Roast can be used on pizza, on a salad or in sliders to enjoy while watching Sunday Night Football.
