Prep

Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

Cook

Cook covered for 12 minutes per pound, flip, grill additional 11 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Rest

Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes. Carve against the grain. Enjoy!
