Total Approximate Time: 2 hours


Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a pan with foil and place wire rack inside, set belly on rack.

Cook belly on wire wrack, fat side up, for approximately 2 hours, or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 190°F

Remove from oven, allow belly to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
