Total Approximate Time: 20 Minutes
Prep
Briefly heat one tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium-high.
Cook
Place chops in skillet and cook 8-9 minutes per side until product reaches 145°F on a meat thermometer.
Rest
Remove from heat, rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
