Total Approximate Time: 2 hours

Prep

Pre-heat oven to 300°F and place a baking rack on a sheet pan lined with foil. Add pork belly strips.

Cook

Cook 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 200-210°F.

Rest

Remove from oven, allow belly strips to rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
