Total Approximate Time: 10 minutes

Prep

Pre-heat skillet on high and when hot, add 1 tablespoon of oil and meat.

Cook

Cook 5 minutes, sear, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add 1/4 cup of water; cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Rest

3 min
When internal temperature on meat thermometer reaches 145°F, remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes.
