Preheat skillet on high and add hot add 1tsp of oil and the meat.

Cook 5 minutes, sear, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add 1/4 cup of water cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally.

When internal temperature on meat thermometer reaches 145F remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes.
