Black Pepper, Ginger & Garlic

Cooking Directions

Total Approximate Time: 10 minutes

Prep

Preheat skillet on high and add hot add 1tbsp of oil and the meat.

Cook

Cook 5 minutes, sear, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add 1/4 cup of water; cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally.

Rest

3 min
When internal temperature on meat thermometer reaches 145F remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes.
